Pizza Pockets 



Serves: 12

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Pack pre-made thin crush pizza dough
  • 16 Oz. Jar of Tomato & Basil Sauce
  • 1 ½ -  Cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Choice of meat or vegetable toppings (Sausage, Ham, Pepperoni, pineapple, and more!)
  • ½ Tsp. Pepper
  • ½ Salt 
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees 
  • Prepare the EZ Pockets 12 pocket pan by placing one sheet of dough over the pan, gently shaping the dough into the pockets. Have your second sheet ready on the side.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the sauce, cheese, pizza toppings and seasonings. Cook for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the Sauce is hot. 
  • Spoon the filling into each pocket. Take the remaining dough sheet and lay it over the pan, matching your bottom sheet.Cut following the ridged guideline with the cutter provided and emove any excess dough. Gently press on the edges to seal them.
  • Place the prepared pockets in into the over at 375 degrees and cook for 15 -20 minutes until the dough is golden brown. 
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy the delicious pizza pockets!

Fruit Pies


Serves: 6

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pack ready made or home made Pie Crust (2 Sheets)
  • 20 Oz. Can of pie filling (Choice of fruit - apple, cherry, blueberry & more)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees 
  • Prepare the EZ Pockets 6 pocket pan by placing one sheet of dough over the pan, gently shaping the dough into the pockets. Have your second sheet ready on the side.
  • Spoon the pie filling into each pocket. Take the remaining dough sheet and lay it over the pan, matching your bottom sheet.Cut following the ridged guideline with the cutter provided and remove any excess dough. Gently press on the edges to seal them.
  • Place the prepared pie in into the over at 375 degrees and cook for 20 -25 minutes until the dough is golden brown. 
  • Remove from the oven, cook and enjoy!

Chicken Pot Pie


Serves: 6

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Package of puff pastry sheets (2 Sheets)
  • 12 Oz. Jar of chicken gravy
  • 12 Oz. package of frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 3 Chicken breasts, boneless, cooked & cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. Dried parsley
  • ½ Tsp. Pepper
  • ½ Salt 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a medium saucepan combine the gravy, vegetables, chicken and seasonings together and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  • Prepare the EZ Pockets 6 pocket pan by placing one sheet of puff pastry sheet over the pan, gently shaping the dough into the pockets. Have your second sheet ready on the side.
  • After the pot pie mixture is cooked, carefully spoon the filling into each pocket. Take the remaining pastry sheet and lay it over the pan, matching your bottom sheet.Cut following the ridged guideline with the cutter provided. Remove any excess dough. Gently press on the edges to seal them.
  • Place the prepared pie in into the over at 375 degrees and cook for 20 - 30 minutes until the dough is golden brown. 
  • Remove cool & enjoy!
