Question: What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

Answer: We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within 30 days of receiving your order. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within 30 days, we can offer you a replacement, an exchange or full refund. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.

Question: When will my order be delivered?

Answer: Your orders are always packaged and shipped as fast as possible. Most orders are processed within 24 hours during business days and delivered to your door within 1-2 weeks. 

Question: Where should I return the item and who should pay for the return shipping fee?

Answer: Products to be returned should be unopened and should be in the original packaging. We will process a store credit, a replacement or a refund once we get the item. If the item is broken, you don't need to return the item. If by any chance our shipping department shipped out the wrong item, we will be responsible for the return cost and we will create a return label for you. If there was no issue with the product, you should be responsible for the return shipping cost.
